Mr Powerwash is Long Island's House and Roof Cleaning
Specialist. We clean roof shingles using a "NO
PRESSURE" wash system. It is traditionally called "soft
washing". The shingle's granules are its protection and
the worst thing to do is to use pressure to clean them. It
will blast the granules off of the shingle, severely
shortening the life of the shingle.

Our "NO PRESSURE" method uses a combination of
cleaners, and soaps to kill the algae at its roots. Our
custom solutions are based on the Asphalt Shingle
Manufactures Association's recommendations.

Deck Cleaning
Cleaning decks is one of the most popular wood
restoration and pressure wash projects performed
throughout the United States. Every home owner that
has a deck made from treated lumber needs to add deck
cleaning to their maintenance program in order to make
sure the wood last for many years and to keep it looking
great, year after year. Living in Long Island,our decks
are subjected to various weather Elements. If not
properly sealed to resist these elements such as rain,
snow and then the slow melting process of snow, the
freezing and thawing temperatures of January/Febuarary,
your decking will begin to crack, warp and shrink which
will cause other problems when you need to replace it.
Deck cleaning is done with a small amount of pressure.
Usually between 800-1000 PSI. Too much pressure
WILL damage your wood. The typical Deck cleaning will
consist of a thorough cleaning and then the proper
sealer to protect your wood

Gutter Service
Gutters should be cleaned out in the early Spring and Late Fall
to prevent them from getting clogged and causing drainage
problems. We will clean all your gutters (including the down
spouts), remove debris and disposed of. The gutter service does
not include the hand scrubbing of the outside gutters to clean
them
